How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be dispatched within 5 Business days and are sent economy standard - Royal mail 2nd class (2 - 4 business days after dispatch) Please allow up to 5 business days after order fulfilment for your order to arrive.

All Isle Of Wight orders will be hand delivered every Tuesday and Friday evening, please allow up to 5 business days before delivery. However we aim to deliver your order on the next available delivery day after the order was placed wherever possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping we will be reviewing this in the future.

What is your return policy? 

As a small business we are unable to offer free returns at this stage. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (To a maximum of £3.50) once we’ve received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.

If you would like to return a product to us then in the first instance please email meltlarder@outlook.com with your order number, the nature of your problem and any supporting photos. If, in the unlikely event your order is missing any items, then we need a photo of the products you received and the packaging it arrived in.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued once the product has been received unopened in original packaging and inspected by us. Once a refund is processed you will be notified by email, refunds take between 3-5 working days dependent on your bank. We do not offer refunds for broken wax melts due to the nature of the product, some breaks may occur but this will not effect its performance. If your wax melt is very damaged then we will happily send an exchange free of charge.
